Do You Know Who I Am?

Posh Spice goes to an old people's home in an effort to cheer up the residents. She is dismayed, however, to find that nobody recognises her. Getting a little shirty, she turns to one of the old ladies.

"Do you know who I am?"she asks.

"Oh no, dear. But don't worry. If you ask matron, she'll tell you."
