Constipation

Slightly embarrassingly, David finds himself suffering from constipation. He goes to the doctor, who perscribes a course of suppositories.

A week later, all is not well, so he goes back to the doctor.

"Have you been taking the suppositories I gave you?" he asks.

"What do you think I've been doing doc?" replies David. "Shoving them up my arse?"
